The app is easy to use and works well. I particularly like the feature that maybe was added not too long ago that lets you take pictures of multiple checks for one deposit. Previously I had to make a separate deposit for each check, so thank you for adding this feature! The auto-capture process when photographing the checks works well, and I appreciate that now the amount of the check is automatically recognized from the photo rather than having the user type it in.

The latest version of this app is well integrated with the operating system, uses the fingerprint scanner, and makes it easy to interact with my accounts. Unfortunately, the check depositing feature is a huge pain sometimes, declaring the check is damaged or folded when it's absolutely pristine. I was barely able to get my last deposit to go through.

I've been banking with First Federal for years now. Love the bank. HATE the app! If I use my debt card on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the app won't show me the actual balance in my account and when Monday rolls around, I am over drafted. Available balance and Balance are both the same, the whole weekend, it shows my spending, it does, but not ALL of it. -(I also bank with Chase, they do not have this issue! PLEASE fix this!!)

For traveling This bank and app is a travelers' nightmare. It's great if you're stateside. If you travel outside the USA and use a local ip address or local international number consider yourself stranded. The support team has no interest in helping you and your out of luck. They say their not a global bank just a USA national bank.
