The app is easy to use and works well. I particularly like the feature that maybe was added not too long ago that lets you take pictures of multiple checks for one deposit. Previously I had to make a separate deposit for each check, so thank you for adding this feature! The auto-capture process when photographing the checks works well, and I appreciate that now the amount of the check is automatically recognized from the photo rather than having the user type it in.

Takes over 15 tries to capture pictures of checks to deposit because it just restarts the freaking app. Extremely aggravating!

For traveling This bank and app is a travelers' nightmare. It's great if you're stateside. If you travel outside the USA and use a local ip address or local international number consider yourself stranded. The support team has no interest in helping you and your out of luck. They say their not a global bank just a USA national bank.

I've been banking with First Federal for years now. Love the bank. HATE the app! If I use my debt card on Friday, Saturday or Sunday the app won't show me the actual balance in my account and when Monday rolls around, I am over drafted. Available balance and Balance are both the same, the whole weekend, it shows my spending, it does, but not ALL of it. -(I also bank with Chase, they do not have this issue! PLEASE fix this!!)
