My wife and I had a horrible experience with them. The o ly reason we know of them is because the home builder, Elmwood homes, requires you to get a pre-approval with their preferred lender. Our builder was amazing, but when it came to this mortgage lender, thank God we already had our premium lender working for us. This lender tried to lock us in only days away from closing at an interest rate of 7.5%. NO, THANK YOU.
