I'm a 8yr F.F.C.U member so EXCUSE ME 4 needing 2 understand why 6yrs of reviews show severe lack of support not1 successful update w/ app since its development making consumers personal n financial data vulnerable puttn at risk of exploitation! This needs attention ASAP! Where's the empathy n care devs? This is a security issue within the F.C.C.U Branch network n all members including yours truly! I'll investigate further!

Many issues with e deposit using antiquated software from Mitek. Been 3 months contacting customer service about e deposit issues. Nobody cares. I would put a zero star if I could. Worst app in banking history. After 20 years of being a loyal customer, they treat you like a stranger and nobody wants to help you with your account at all. Use to be a great bank until this year. Now it's just absentee bank management that couldn't care less. Very disappointing in the app and the bank. Worst service!

After I use the secure pattern to sign in, the app logs out completely then I have to go through signing back in with a password and receiving a code. I don't like the fact the app logs completely out when I'm looking through my account.
