Mobile deposit image is horrible Creating a perfect image of the check requires near photo studio quality lighting in your home, and even then it's grainy and 1992 Xerox quality at best. I don't understand why they don't allow the use of our built-in flash - the image would be so much better!!! I can realistically drive to the bank, wait in drive through and deposit for the same lost time I spend re - taking the image. Currently, is glitchy & won't even let me access the deposit section.

Now this is a bank doesn't offer very many services but offers the best for its customers Free banking if you're a senior it is one of the best banks considerations for people who want to put their money in a place where they can use their card and have money in the bank I want to thank you folks it's the best if you're a senior, and you want your money where you can get it for free

Can not use the app more than 1 time unless I clear the cache. Just opens to the logo and a white background instead of the blue background, then practically hangs my phone, until I wait forever for background/recent apps to load.

App is so glitchy and crashes all the time, you would think a banking app would be more secure and run properly. Wish I could go less than 1 star

This app has stopped working today. 4-5-25. I can't reset my password or use any way to login. Support is non existent on the weekends. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. No matter what I try the app states login credentials are invalid.
