Overall - it's great. Love the ease and simple layout. Much better than the computer web combo. I do have a suggestion for the Bill Pay tab. If you are going to have a "Search" bar, have the entered data connect to the Bill Payee name as it is being typed in. I just typed in a payee name, and I still had to scroll through the entire list to find it. The search bar is of no use whatever.

Great banking app that is quick and easy to use. Recently the automatic deposit for checks has not been working. It gave both, my dad and I errors, saying to retake a picture of the back of the check. This just started happening recently. Other than that it's a great app and service, hope they get this big fixed, so I don't have to drive to the bank to deposit my checks haha haha

Since the app UI refresh, the app is pretty good and covers all of my basic use cases. It is still missing some features in larger banks' apps, but is usable. First Tech itself is a great credit union.

I'm really beginning to find First Tech not the bling I once thought they were, with continued decline in customer service at my account held branch this app sucks! No running balance after each transaction they offer no help when I don't know who the merchant is debiting out of my account! Frustrating! And today right now can't get Belle to work at all!! My friend sent money to me an hour ago debited out of her account but all I get is the circle of life round and round over and over

I downloaded a Google Play phishing scam. Trying to reset password. Enter a new password, it gets the green all the requirements are met message but when I try to confirm I get a thin red box on top with no content and the new password is not accepted. Tried various attempts to Contact Us, but there is no way to get a phone number or initiate a chat. Everything I tried just leads to another round of signing in and no useful information Best I can do is an appointment 3 days from now.
