Belle within the app is good to use EXCEPT for one thing... the "Review" button covers the "zero" button, so you can't put in any zeroes in the amount. Please fix this! Ideas that I have: -Put the "Review" button in another location. -Header is really large - maybe even condense the size so all numbers can be used. -Or use a different number keypad. (Using Galaxy 25+ ultra)

The mobile deposit feature does not work as good as it used to. Took forever to get the background correct and many tries for it to work. Love first tech and love the mobile app. Please dial in mobile deposit.

Great banking app that is quick and easy to use. Recently the automatic deposit for checks has not been working. It gave both, my dad and I errors, saying to retake a picture of the back of the check. This just started happening recently. Other than that it's a great app and service, hope they get this big fixed, so I don't have to drive to the bank to deposit my checks haha haha

Unable to belle any amounts that include the number 0 because the Review button is in the way of the number 0. P.S. For a work-around, split your transaction into 2, one that ends in 45¢ and another that ends in 55¢, e.g. for $100, you could do 78.45 & 21.55, but you couldn't do 79.45 & 20.55 because of the 0, so choose 2 numbers that don't have 0s. P.P.S. after I wrote the review, they followed up with me & explained I could adjust the zoom on my device's display settings which worked

Not Fully Compatible With Belle. When choosing the amount to send tapping any number brings the "Review" button to the foreground. This blocks the zero key, making Belle unusable for any amount with a zero in it.

I have enjoyed using this app on my phone for many years, until now. With the latest version First Tech made it incompatible for my device. Now I have no access to my account through this app.

Newest complaint. I switched phones, so it kicks me out of the app I do recovery and get my username, but I know the password. I entered that, and they lock my account and I don't have a password reset email I didn't need one, and I'm not changing my password. Dissatisfied with all this please fix these issues. Forgetting login credentials and locking out accounts for no reason
