They're always nice. Great customer service!! I would give it five stars but, sometimes (kinda more than ppl think) little boot you off or lag. But then again; that's with most apps. They're a little slow inside, but, Hey they 1 usually only have one or 2 tellers. Or 2 windows open inside.

This app has no redeeming qualities. Why did you change a perfectly good app with this useless one? I see people like the additions, but not at the expense of quality. I hope the Board of Directors sees these ratings!

Needs to catch up with other banks for fingerprint access and give you an option to load straight to accounts instead of going through menu options to get to it. Would be nice to be able to add card to Apple Pay/Google Pay

Not working. I keep getting the "this service is unavailable" when trying to log in. It worked for about a week then stopped.
