The old app was good. The ICM app is for business accounts not personal accounts. New software update is not compatible with my Android phone. Bummer, I will now be looking for a new bank.

What piece of Junk, and you know I am being polite when I don't call it out for the fantastic POS it deserves. Rejects my log-in information, but can log in from the webpage. I have resisted leaving for another bank, but not being able to readily manage or even view account information is problematic in the digital age. After 30+ years as a customer it's time to move on to a bank whose technology works.
