With Locations, FirstBank Southwest Mobile will discover your location and provide you with addresses and phone numbers on the fly.
Available features include:
Accounts - Check your latest account balance and search recent transactions by date, amount or check number.
Transfers - Easily transfer cash between your accounts.
Bill Pay - Pay new bills, edit bills scheduled to be paid, and review previously paid bills from your phone.
Remote Deposit Capture -Deposit checks while on the go with iPhone.
Locations - Find nearby branches and ATMs using the iPhone's built-in GPS. Additionally, you can search by zip code or address.

The mobile deposit is ridiculous. You have to write this exact phrase. " For mobile deposit at FBSW only.". Followed by your name and your account number on the back of the check. All of my other banks use the standard format. As in, you sign the back of the check and then check the box that says for mobile deposit. Put the check number on there and then put the name of the financial institution. I don't know why FPSW chose to be different, but I wish they wouldn't.

App is broken, credentials won't save, fingerprint won't work, click the wrong button get kicked out and have to log in again.

App still doesn't work correctly. App constantly requires you to authenticate your account and re enroll. The issue has been reported for over 18 months by myself and other users, but the bank apparently has no desire to fix this issue.

Edit: I emailed you my ID. Positives: Some helpful staff. In app ability to see loan amount, account balance/transactions & ability to connect Belle for money transfer. Negatives: The "remember password" feature doesn't work. No list of out of town ATMs. Misleading instructions for depositing checks in app. No option for details on account spending. First Bank Southwest will randomly put a "for your safety hold" on funds if you deposit a check, so be aware of these 30 day holds before banking.
