★★★★★ I've had my First Bank account for 15+ years. I've been getting into other areas, and I'm finding this app to be difficult to use because most areas are in spanish and there's no button/choice to change from spanish to english, which is a big problem for many. Because of this we are not utilizing many important areas. Please let english speaking customers have the choice to read everything in english. It will make our experience on your site a completely enjoyable and informative experience.

★★★★★ So far, so good. But where is Belle? I had to download the Belle app, and it tells me Belle is already integrated with the app. Any idea or late update?

★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever. Can't use it because every time I open it message Connection Lost Check Internet Connection appears.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't have option for Forgotten Password, but for Unblock only. So, there is no way to get into your account if you forgot the password.

★★☆☆☆ Every time you have to sign in the information will always be incorrect. They never save your information and you have gone to a gruesome process to get unblock if you are lucky. They never answer the phone either. If go to a branch they tell you that you have to do it by phone.
