Impressive user interface. The only issue is the hiding of the balances. Toggling the eye icon hides the total portfolio balance but not the funds balance. It should apply across all balances. Thanks

User-friendly, with good interface. Kindly introduce Virtual Bank Account for each of your clients. It will make investment easier. Also introduce Fixed Deposit Savings and Lock Up Savings and Treasury Bill Investment in your App

Each time I contact customer care they will send customized email as if one is new to creating passwords or using apps as below Dear Esteemed Customer, Please note that the error message you received indicates that you have previously registered on the mobile app. Kindly proceed to log in using your Customer ID and password. If you do not remember your password, please use the “Forgot Password” etc Please can someone solve my problem?

Truth be told, this new app is a big downgrade when compared to the former app. On this new app, as an existing user, I can't complete the verification process. It keeps telling me that I need to include upper case letter in my new password even when I have already done that. This is really a big disappointment coming from a supposedly big bank in Nigeria. I'll consider moving my funds elsewhere!

Changing clothes without taking care of a problem is not the solution. Old customers can not access their account from the app just like the former app version is meaningless, so the integration is not complete.
