For the past 2 days not able to use app anymore, always network error. Doesn't matter mobile data or Wi-Fi at home. Clearing cache, uninstalled, restart phone install again - same problem persists. After another restart app is working again.

Most pathetic app.every time when I try to log in it crashed. It crashed as soon as I enter my credentials. I reported the issue to first media customer care but no help has been provided

This app REFUSES to stream "paid" features such as TV stream using Wi-Fi, but works using mobile data by force. It's like you got no other choice in order to use this app to stream using your mobile data. Please reconsider to subscribe for any First Media offers. I changed the provider and streaming service platform to something else because of this.

None of the channels are working. Everything is locked. When you ask customer service, they unilaterally close the conversation without providing any solution. This app is useless, even though you have paid for this service.
