Successfully trialed the free/ad-supported tier in my home country on 2 phones - about 0.2Mbps. The pricing & service model is good, the support I received about a minor speed issue was prompt and helpful. I hope Firsty succeed because having known-ok data on arrival in a new country is invaluable, especially with the very-easy upgrade to faster data for however many days are needed. I also like that provided "fast" days can be paused and used for a later trip if no longer needed.

First impressions are good. My first esim and a using free version. I'm ok with tech and got esim installed ok. But had trouble with getting data network running live. Ai support was useful. I was passed on to a live agent who finished off the job efficiently. Free data has allowed web searches, social media chat and Google Maps routing well. Testing this esim now as I'm considering using some paid service in a couple of months. I'll update review if I use paid service.

This app would be great, but Firsty Free adverts never load unless you speak to 24/7 support to reset your account. I tend to want to use this app a handful of times per day and every single time I have to ask for my account to be reset, and sometimes you can't even access support anyway. It's awful. If it worked without having to always go to support I would give it a much better review.
