The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission is pleased to announce the release of a new, cutting edge Android app that will empower anglers and hunters during their outdoor fishing and hunting activities in Florida. The new app is user friendly, and allows visitors to purchase their fishing or hunting licenses online, access regulations, pull up a copy of the user's current licenses, and use geo-locating tools to maximize a customerís recreational experience. Upon free download, users may purchase and download licenses and permits directly from their smartphone, determine sunrise and sunset time based on GPS location, access NOAA seas and weather information, and more! The Florida FWC has been a national agency leader in providing customers and visitors with the most robust technologies and systems to increase awareness and conservation amongst the natural resources community, opening up channels to customers to promote Floridaís outdoors and preserve the sport of fishing and hunting.

Making me update my social security number and license expiration date what year it will not give me a keyboard to type anything on it, so now I can't put in for any hunts. Just like always garbage.

About 60 bucks for a 7-day tourist fishing license - Just wanted simple SALT WATER to fish from bridge, but the APP tried to add unwanted items like Snook and Lobster, plus a forced fund donation - (none of this money is for breeding and restocking the ocean). App also asks for intrusive info like SSN and DL #s, etc. Tried buying a hard copy locally - not possible anymore. I'll pass on fishing, returned gear and tackle to Wilmot - and get some Frozen Fish Sticks for dinner.

Any license app that requires connectivity to get on and view the licenses purchased is total junk.
