This app is one of the best for fishing tournaments. Never had an issue with tourney directors enforcing the rules on cheaters or those breaking the rules.

The app is fantastic, the customer service, not so much. We use this app for a friendly tournament between friends, no entry fees or prizes, just bragging rights. The tournament organizer had been working with customer service for some time, and they were super helpful, until they weren't. We needed to do a larger stringer, and were told that the organizer has to pay. For an app that's free for organizers to use. When asked where in the Terms of Service it said this, the response was 'The terms don't say we can't charge you'. Don't catch too many fish in your tournament, or you'll have to pay too! Would have been a 5-star review otherwise.

Really wish you could just "view" or "spectate" a tournament... I know a lot of guys in one right now and wanted to check in on it but can't.

If you set up a tournament, there's a 5-dollar service fee per person who enters. Yet, in the tutorial video, they make it out like you can set up free tournaments. Beware, there are service fees.
