Easy to use to book trips. The only issue I have with the app is that you can't see what you're typing when sending messages to the charter captains. The text window is covered by the keyboard and can't be moved.

Find another way to book. They do not have the customer in mind. After I booked a charter and the captain failed to reply for over 24hrs even though it says he typically replies in less than an hour I decided to cancel him and book another because with his lack of reply I thought something was wrong. He got to keep an $80 deposit and Fishing Booker had no ability to tell the guy to refund it. So yes the site does work ok until you have an issue. Look for other ways

Be me, minding my own business, having had nothing to do with fishingbooker in weeks. Karl | Support Specialist emailed me saying I left a rating I never left. I explained that I didn't and the system is still asking me to, proving I never did. Karl | Support Specialist confused a rating I left for fishingbooker with a non-existent rating for a charter I took. And then Karl | Support Specialist sent email blaming me for his mistake. This went on for several emails. They email you to death!

Worst app ever, I messaged the captains, and they ignored me, and only after I booked did they respond, but once you book you don't get back your refund for a trip over 24 hours, and the customer service didn't help me with my needs for a full refund since I have documentation showing that they ignored me for a long time before booking. I'm never using this app again! Use Guide Time, they have professionals to help you through the process, and I was able to get a private charter for 10 ppl for $900
