Great app for highly effective workouts. This is a COMMUNITY with an instructor that has designed highly effective workouts. When I began about 24 months ago I did not know how to lift weights or how to put together a circuit. Now I am in great shape, and I have, so many varied workouts always in my back pocket that I can select based on my mood or time allotted. Lastly, if you join during her challenge programs, commit yourself, and you will be very rewarded—your friends will notice!

This is my 8th month of using Fit with CoCo and I absolutely Love it!! I am 51 and a Pilates instructor for 18 years. Working out is my thing, I love it and easily motivated. There is something special about this program. I can see consistent changes in my body and my level of strength is improving. This summer I brought bands and did a version of the workouts while in Italy and brought my weights and followed the program while at the beach. Absolutely love it!
