Not user-friendly, when I wanted to redeem a prescription, and I accidentally went to the main menu, the prescription redemption feature disappeared, and it was very difficult to have to connect with customer service. The customer service was also unfriendly and unhelpful. For users who rarely use the app, the feature usage is not user-friendly. Highly not recommended, especially when you're sick and need to use the app with a clear head.

After update then can not show the menu, so it is useless apps now. Send message by WhatsApp also no response
