Fitalo - AI Calorie Counter

Fitalo is an AI calorie counter, food diary and personal health dashboard that helps you log meals faster and understand your daily energy balance. Track calories, macros, water, weight, workouts, intermittent fasting, recipes, notes and selected health data in one app.

Log food your way:
- take a meal photo and get an AI estimate,
- describe what you ate,
- dictate a meal by voice,
- scan a product barcode,
- add food from your pantry or diary,
- reuse meal templates,
- add recipes directly to your calorie diary.

For meal photos, you can use the camera or select an image through a limited picker flow. Fitalo is designed for user-selected photo access, not ongoing gallery access.

AI meal analysis can estimate calories, macros, meal name and portions. Results are informational estimates, and you can review or edit them before saving. Fitalo can also use your logged measurements over time to refine selected weight and calorie estimates, helping future calculations better match your personal data.

Your diary shows calories, protein, fats, carbohydrates, water from food, estimated meal weight, time added and the source of each entry: photo, text, voice, barcode, pantry, recipe or template. Meals can be assigned to breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and supplement.

Fitalo includes:
- daily food diary and calorie balance,
- barcode scanner with product details when available,
- AI food photo and text analysis,
- water and drink tracking,
- weight and measurement history,
- dynamic estimated weight chart,
- workouts and burned calories,
- intermittent fasting plan and history,
- sleep, notes and wellbeing logs,
- informational blood sugar log,
- customizable dashboard panels,
- PDF summary reports,
- Android widgets,
- Health Connect support when available and permission is granted.

You can adjust goals and choose a diet profile, including balanced, Mediterranean, high-protein, keto, low-carb, vegetarian, paleo, low-fat and GLP-1 focused profiles. Fitalo recalculates macro proportions to help keep your plan consistent.

Fitalo also includes Low Carb and Keto recipes, recipe search, favorites, a random recipe of the day and meal categories. Recipe details can include ingredients, instructions, preparation time, calories, macros and nutrition data when available. You can share a recipe, add it to your diary, save it as a meal template or move ingredients to your shopping list.

The shopping list helps you collect ingredients from recipes, add your own products manually and check items off while shopping.

The product scanner can show database details such as ingredients, nutrition values, Nutri-Score, NOVA, serving information, brand and barcode when available. The app can also help highlight ingredients that may require attention, but it does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or support from a doctor or dietitian.

Data and backup options include local app data storage on your device, export and import, optional account cloud backup and restore where available, and PDF reports for selected date ranges.

AI features, such as photo, text and voice meal analysis, may require a subscription after the free scan limit is used. Manual diary features, barcode scanning and recipes may work independently of AI, depending on product and recipe data availability.

Fitalo is designed for people who want to log food faster, better understand their calorie balance and use one clear dashboard for daily habit tracking. Data and calculations in the app are informational and estimated. Before making medical decisions or changing treatment, diet or an intensive training plan, consult a qualified professional.
