Connecting phone took some patience and retries until it worked. Basically Works. When charging, app on phone should be able to provide charging status. Readings need to add some basic charts graphing your readings over week and month on phone app.

Overall, not too bad. I like that it monitors blood pressure. It will give you the daily "average" as well as the upper and lower along with a graph. Same for other Vitals etc... My only real complaint, it doesn't add sleep time. For instance, if I go to bed at 10pm and wake up at 2:30am for a noise or the bathroom... Then go back to bed after only 2 to 3 minutes, sleeping from 2:30am to 6am. Rather than showing 8 hours (or just shy), it'll show 4.5. (It seems to take the longest.)

Does not sync data - Connected it to Google Fit and Health Connect, but neither of them are receiving data from this app. Also, only syncs to watch when opened, never runs sync in the background. There is no help option to contact support, only a "Suggestions" section where you can suggest they make the app work better.

This app is TERRIBLE! The watch I have comes with pre-installed dial screens, you cannot delete them through this app. You can only occupy 1 spot with a pre-designed dial which almost all are awful and have so many things on them that you almost always search what the hell you want to look for, either it's steps or the actual time or whatever.... the app can connect with a lot of other apps so messages and calls are displayed, but that's about it, can connect with Strata. Badly designed app tbh.
