Pathetic service from Fitelo. My weighing scale is not working properly, and I have already complained about this twice, but the issue is still not resolved. Someone named Deepak from Fitelo Customer Care contacted me on WhatsApp, but he took 2–3 days to reply to messages. I have been facing this issue with the weighing scale since day one, and I have even provided proof, yet I still haven't received any proper solution.

Many parameters like BMR and bone mass are recommended based on the average value of a specific age category, instead of showing value based on individual height and weight. For example, it shows me a low BRM because my value is slightly less than the average value of 1400, instead it should show a positive value because I am short and my BMI is normal.
