Main pichhle kai dino se mental stress mein hoon aur Fitelo ki team se lagataar contact kar rahi hoon, Lenin meri problem ka koi solution nahi diya jar aha hai. Plan enroll karte waqt Barbara calls aati thi, Lenin ab agar koi meri call pick bhi karta hai, to meri problem ka koi resolution nahi diya jata. Main is waqt diet follow nahi kar pa rahi hoon aur EMI bharne ki financial condition mein bhi nahi hoon. Either I have to take legal action on fitelo. Solve my issue as soon as possible.

I am very disappointed with this Fitelo weighing scale. After measuring weight, the scale does not return to zero properly. Even after turning it off and on again, the issue remains. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the product. I have also recorded a video clearly showing the problem as proof. A weighing scale should provide accurate and consistent readings, but this product fails at a basic function.

Internet says "muscle rate" is same as "muscle mass percentage". When I use this smart scale for an overweight person, it shows muscle rate as 55.60 percent. Which is clearly way too high and impossible. If this is wrong then it casts doubt on all other body measurement numbers given by this machine. Also it does not give any explanation as to what those terms of the body measurements are. For example "muscle rate".
