★★★★★ This has been an invaluable tool in my arsenal when dealing with the stresses of everyday life, and the unique challenges I face every day. I'm the father of 4, 3 of which suffer from acute medical issues and their mother suffers with her mental health too. So, I can honestly say that this app helps me get through a lot of though days. ★★☆☆☆ Very disappointed that you need my credit card to try the week free. Unfortunately I am not in a position where I have a credit card right now. I wish I was able to purchase the membership but wanted to give it a try at least and see if I could see the value. For this I give it a 1 star.

★★☆☆☆ The app is fine. It was a good way to try different methods of meditation. My issue is with the payment processing. I started monthly then upgraded to a yearly subscription. It never occurred to me that subscribing to the yearly would not automatically cancel the monthly. So for the last year I have paid for both the yearly and the monthly subscription. The app is not anywhere close to worth that, so it gets one star.
