Like everyone else, I can't log in. Even after resetting my password. I was told I need to use the app to scan a QR code because they aren't doing key tags anymore. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now...

These people are like hungry animals ! I stopped going on their gym but they probably going to message me for the whole year before realize that I'm not interested anymore ! Are they so dummies that can't check I'm not using the gym ! So stop message me for money (money hungry) They make me so mad that the chance of me ever use their gym again are discarded.

Just like everybody else -- cannot log in even after pw reset, even though the pw will log in their trainerize subdomain. Amazing that any corporation has an app that doesn't work out of the gate.
