Fitness first as a company is unethical and terrible. They forced me into a 2-year contract saying I could cancel at any time with 3 month payment to break the contract. About 9 months later I moved my back to the US and I have asked 3 times for them to honor the terms they told me I was signing the deal under. They are rude and nasty replying I have to pay out the monthly fee for the full term of the contract and refuse to do the right thing. What terrible service and people in management.

App doesn't show me the status of how many people are at the gym "club outlasting" and doesn't show the Finanz option to see when exactly money was booked from my bank. It's been like this for almost 2 weeks now, I also tried signing in and out of the app, and it is still not working properly, although I have done the update.

Incredibly poor experience. If you try to install the app from the fitness first website (as they recommend), they only provide you with a link to download the app from the Apple Store. No option for Google Store. Then, to identify yourself for the first time, they send you a link in an email and guess what? The link redirects you to the Apple Store, even if you've literally just triggered that email+link from the Android app. The workaround is to log in by pretending you forgot your password.

A workout app that stops working whenever you want to add a workout. So basically it's useless. But you have to have it in order to book classes...

Absolutely useless. To cancel the membership, I need my membership number which they claim will be in the app. It is not. You people think you are smart to play with clients with entrapping contracts. It will backfire on you.
