To log in to the app, you must use exactly the same email address that is stored in your membership details. This is the only way to log in correctly. * Notifications only triggering when the app is open rendering class registration reminders useless * Notification session takes couple seconds to open even when there's a handful of them * "Clear all" button easy to click in such scenario when tapping the unresponsive bell subsequently * When that happens, the undo option at the very bottom disappears, so quickly it's next to impossible to move the finger to it

Absolutely useless. To cancel the membership, I need my membership number which they claim will be in the app. It is not. You people think you are smart to play with clients with entrapping contracts. It will backfire on you.

Clunky app, takes a hundred years to launch, sometimes won't launch at all. How can I book courses if the app won't even open? This app needs some serious improvement.

Fitness first as a company is unethical and terrible. They forced me into a 2-year contract saying I could cancel at any time with 3 month payment to break the contract. About 9 months later I moved my back to the US and I have asked 3 times for them to honor the terms they told me I was signing the deal under. They are rude and nasty replying I have to pay out the monthly fee for the full term of the contract and refuse to do the right thing. What terrible service and people in management.

Incredibly poor experience. If you try to install the app from the fitness first website (as they recommend), they only provide you with a link to download the app from the Apple Store. No option for Google Store. Then, to identify yourself for the first time, they send you a link in an email and guess what? The link redirects you to the Apple Store, even if you've literally just triggered that email+link from the Android app. The workaround is to log in by pretending you forgot your password.
