Excellent App. Makes going to the gym easier and much more interesting

★★★★☆ Laurent Grimal · Jul 21, 2023

Could be better with reminders for courses thst we can attend based on our selections of studio and course type

★★★★★ Pitzie Apriliati · May 24, 2024

Good, it keeps me up to date with the event in the club, know how crowded a class is and also easy to track my workout.

★★★★★ Arsalan Khan · May 31, 2026

This app is very helpful for all fitness tasks, highly recommended.

★☆☆☆☆ Vikram Joshi · Feb 27, 2024

Absolutely useless. To cancel the membership, I need my membership number which they claim will be in the app. It is not. You people think you are smart to play with clients with entrapping contracts. It will backfire on you.

★☆☆☆☆ Giuseppe Scapeccia · Jun 3, 2021

Incredibly poor experience. If you try to install the app from the fitness first website (as they recommend), they only provide you with a link to download the app from the Apple Store. No option for Google Store. Then, to identify yourself for the first time, they send you a link in an email and guess what? The link redirects you to the Apple Store, even if you've literally just triggered that email+link from the Android app. The workaround is to log in by pretending you forgot your password.

Fitness first as a company is unethical and terrible. They forced me into a 2-year contract saying I could cancel at any time with 3 month payment to break the contract. About 9 months later I moved my back to the US and I have asked 3 times for them to honor the terms they told me I was signing the deal under. They are rude and nasty replying I have to pay out the monthly fee for the full term of the contract and refuse to do the right thing. What terrible service and people in management.

A workout app that stops working whenever you want to add a workout. So basically it's useless. But you have to have it in order to book classes...
