Classes and instructors in all the yoga classes excellent. Also Anna shapes class & Hannah barre class too. Having said that all the trainers on gym floor are great too. Lovely, friendly club

I downloaded this app primarily, so I could display my gym membership on my phone. The app is a failure at this very simple function for one reason - it doesn't store your barcode offline. This means I am often waiting at the front desk (sometimes for a minute or more) for the app and then my barcode to load. Please start storing the barcode offline/locally!! Even better if we could down to Google Wallet etc.

- Doesn't filter the bookable classes against your account level/privileges, meaning you can book a class that you then turn up for and are not allowed to attend. User has to manually cross-check everything against a "club tier" chart you download as a PDF on their website, which is pretty bad really. - Pesters with unskippable surveys and requests when you open the app, which is often when you're on your way into the gym and rushing to scan in for a class - very, very annoying.
