Exceptional first contact, even if you want to lose weight or if you wanna gain weight, there's fast receipt for all quantity and all kind of meals and snaks that you have to eat to gain weight. Integrated system for what you must buy to eat. Im keeping my eye on the scale to check how fast I can gain my weight

Counting calories has always been my least favorite part when dieting or trying to eat healthier even if I know how important it is. This app made it very easy and efficient. Also, when I have zero inspiration days for recipes the app comes with a variety of healthy meals that I can choose from. I love the exercises plus it works very fast! Great choice!

Money grabbing app with some basic metabolic needs calculators and some 12 basic recipes a day like omelette with salads. No consideration for muscle mass or body fat ratio. Utter garbage.
