The latest update is greatly improved. The developers have clearly listened to feedback, taken it seriously, and implemented changes that now make this an excellent app to use. I can now move through the gym check-in process more seamlessly, giving me back time to exercise. Nice work, developers!

Recently became FP member. All of a sudden my phone would overheat and battery drain like crazy having me recharge 2-3 times per day. The app would constantly crash and even in deep sleep would do the same. I realized since downloading FP app, these things happened. Uninstalled the app and phone back to normal. FYI Android phone. UPDATE 10/7/26: My phone no longer has issues with the newer version of FP app. The app is also easy to navigate.

Terrible! The app has logged me out, and I need a code to reset. No email has arrived. Multiple requests to no avail. Raised a ticket for help, no response other than an initial receipt. Three days and I still can't get into my gym. It shouldn't be this hard when I'm paying for my membership. This needs to be fixed.

Completely broken. Keeps saying fitness passport is temporarily unavailable when I try to log in. Reinstalled the app, reset my password, nothing works. My gym won't let me use my physical card, so there's no way I can use fitness passport!
