Been using it for a month now. Seems pretty good for collecting points. The one time I had an issue with checking in, the online support resolved it the next day.

Easy to use to book classes. It would be great if one could cancel classes with 24 hrs of start of class as well. This would be easier than calling the fitness center.

The new 'update' has a glitch where it asks you to update the app. When you go to do so, it just opens the app, back to the same screen - 'update now'. I can't scan into the gym now.

Take screenshot of your reward points because at some point the app will say you never created your rewards account and put you back to zero. When you contact support they will say there is nothing they can do.

I used to have a FW membership. I signed up again this week with the same email, but couldn't access the app. I went to the gym and was told I could either use a different email address or else I was not getting into the app, with no exceptions. I cancelled my membership and signed up at a competitor 3 blocks away. A company of this size really needs to offer a working product. I tried to reach head office for assistance but was told they don't have a phone number.
