Very complicated to use. Does not send notification or reminders for classes. Nutrition plan not clear nor user-friendly on the app. Very small font. Please update like other gyms and make it easy and fun to use. Thank you.

I agreed to pay €18.95 every two weeks, but due to their mistake, the payment wasn’t processed on time. Now they’re charging €22.60, adding a €5 penalty for a delay that wasn’t my fault! The delay was just for a day. I had enough funds, yet they blame me for their error. Why should customers pay for their mistakes? This policy is unfair and feels like a money grab. Loyalty goes both ways—we work hard for our money, and unfair fines like this are unacceptable!

Rubbish of a cigarette in a gym by Alicante reis (I have pictures which I would upload in here), small kids working in there have no idea about sport athletism gym or materials or even how to talk properly , feels like your going to one of the gypsies silly bars they have by the train station :/ Smells curry or either row onion Guys if you think you would just laugh at people with a stupid gym, I pray that it will be closed ASAP My prayers never goes wrong . Amen
