The fitness coordinator of my fire department sets up workouts for me through this app. Very user-friendly, great ability to track metrics and communicate with my trainer. Instructional videos that are added are very helpful, and you can access them on the fly without having to back out of your workout. Great app!

Ever since Fits charged the first month subscription "Cherie Simmons coaching" is on my clients app icon and my app icon also. Which is detrimental to my (Fitness) business. I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it and the app icon still pop's up as "Chelie Simmons Coaching". This is not right. The moment you guy's charged me this is what happened. Fix this or I want my money back

I am terribly disappointed in this app I have paid for the option I'm on however after creating just 4 new workouts for my clients the app blocks me with the reason being I created to many new workouts????!!!!!!! I started on 4/6/2020 and since created 4 workouts, however gets blocked the min I go in there. I want my premium back if this is the case.

The biggest problem with this app is there is no customer service which is a shame because it looks to have lots of potential. I was going to upgrade, but since I have no support and guidance I will have to leave and find another app

I like that I can provide my clients with an online program, assessment, schedule etc. what I dislike about the app is that in order for you to do live video training, group classes you need to upgrade. Once that is done they don't advise you that u must be able to use stripe otherwise you can't use those features. Which is crappy, and I have to pay for something I can't use mxm don't get this app useless .... what makes it more crappy is that nobody response when u contact them.
