I love five below great place to shop. Cheap and not expensive.

I LOVE FIVE BELOW! It's definitely a very affordable store, and have a lot of good products, however the skincare they have there kind of hurts my face and makes it itch but to be fair I do have sensitive skin, but the squish mallows there are nice and a lot of other things are too!

I visited the store for the first time Saturday 10/9/2026. The employees were so helpful and well-trained in customer service workers. I love this store, and I know me and my family are going to be going there a lot🥰

Product search needs drastic improvement. Unfortunately the search in this app is useless unless you know the EXACT product title. I usually have to end up going to Google to find products in this store and just search" five below" at the end. For example, I was looking for a small container to hold soap like you would use with luggage. I searched for" soap container"" soap box" "bar soap container" wi relevant results. I go to Google and I search for" five below soap container" it finds.

Love the store but the app lags and takes forever adding or deleting items from cart.

The app is great, but the look is very chunky. When looking at products and going back to the category list to look at more products, the app either goes back to the home page or the top of the list making 400+ of looking wasted, plus sometimes will not move forward from 400+ out of 1000 products. Small feedback; I suggest making a "shopping" list so when shopping in stores we can look at our shopping list instead of wondering what products we were interested in and that was in store stock.
