Nice app. The app is very helpful with all your banking needs, but I encountered a problem when I had to add a new payee to my bill pay list. The app supplied no place to add a new payee and the only drop down menu was to "refresh". So could Five County please fix the app to supply a way for this to be easily found on the app. Thank you. Other than that, this app is a very nice app. Love it.

I've only been with Five County a short time, but their online policies and app issues are a hindrance. I have seemingly no access to online check deposits for no reason anyone can tell me, no ability to easily switch money from my first bank to five county... ultimately the app is just a balance check. I definitely want more from the place that keeps my money. I LOVE the actual institution, but the app needs updating.

This used to be a great app, in the last 2 weeks I have had to Uninstall and reinstall it every single time I want to use it. I click on the app and nothing happens. Uninstaller, reinstall, go through setting it up again, and then I can use it once. I have 3 different checking accounts here and I have to go through this process for each of my bank accounts with five County. This is a huge pain!

It won't let me log in. I only have my account number but it says I have to already have a user name and password.
