Terrible product. Plainly does not help diagnose anything. Cancelled immediately, ate the cost of the subscription and a year later they are still trying to charge me. Garbage product, garbage company. 0 Stars.

0/10 do not recommend. I cleared my engine light on Thursday last week and when I got home I had a 99 dollar charge on my account which over drew my account and had to pay a 32 dollar charge for that. I didn't ask for premium and didn't click on it. Now they will not refund my money. I have smashed the sensor with a hammer and will be deleting the app. Thank you for taking Christmas presents away from my family, crooks.

My sensor does not work. It gives a low voltage error. I have followed all troubleshooting provided AND emailed support. They repeated the same instructions and told me to start my car. OF COURSE MY CAR WAS RUNNING!!! I AM NOT A MORON AND THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. The worst part is no human being to speak to. I want my money back you scammed me out of.
