Good idea, horrible execution! App doesn't give you option other than parking issues, also doesn't accept address I entered! NOT user-friendly at all!! Before you fix Clark County you need to fix this horrible app!!

The concept is wonderful [hence the 2 stars], the app isn't. Not user-friendly and no way to tell if you did it right. Only had option to request info from the commissioner or 3 option to report abandoned vehicles [🤔]. Light not working and not sure which option to use.and Help...🤣😂🤣 no.not user-friendly at all.

The app works. Too bad no one bothers to do anything about the problems. So far ive been told 3x that the county has a revolving schedule to deal with homeless encampments. My question is what is the rotation, once a year? The app is worthless. I cant believe the county pays people to just close requests with a form email. How do I get one of those jobs? The county is incapable of managing the homeless in this town...unless they are on LVB
