★★★★★ App worked okay but has been superseded by wash connect in my apartment laundry.

★★☆☆☆ The wash machines are broke down more than not either leaking water because the hoses are not clamped properly. No lint screens on the ends of the drain hoses and so on this is an Elderly apartment complex and 95% or more of the people living here have no choice but to use these machs. It is a shame at on point it took 3wks. To get 1 mach. Repaired also the machine that you use to refill the card was broke for about 2 weeks they need to get rid of this service and find a better one

★★☆☆☆ Please Check Your Internet Connection. That's what the app says when you open it and I will say "Please Check Your app Connection" it doesn't work anymore. Dude there are a lot of machine that are broken now it needs help to be fixed. Where do I report it?

★★☆☆☆ Fix internet connection How am I supposed to use if it never connects to the internet? Doesn't matter if I'm connected to Wi-Fi or my cellular network, still doesn't work. Seems like im not the only one with this issue.
