★★☆☆☆ Paused my kids Wi-Fi, and haven't been able to connect since?!?! Chatted with someone, and they said to factory reset modem Kid still doesn't have his internet back. WTH kinda app is this?!? P.s. I am not the one who downloaded it to start, I only downloaded after my husband did, paused the internet, and lost connection for, now, 5 days, I would have read the reviews first 🤦‍♀️
