So far best racing management game around There is another BIG racing management game around, and it's quite good, but FL Racing Manager Pro is the best. It has a great feel, an interface that really provides awesome feedback, and the whole thing is more streamlined and much less tedious. Also, no silly fake social feeds or ridiculous business with having to dump perfectly good personnel just to hire ones with better stats. FL Racing Manager Pro gives you complete control over your team, and then lets you invest in your car and manage the races. It may be a work in progress but so far it is solid, looks good enough, and has great game play.

FLRM (I paid for the full version, so I hope for a response) First thing's first, I LOVE this game. I love everything about it. I've wasted countless hours, countless days on it. But I have a few requests/recommendations. I think that a three round Qualifying session should be optional, like, you can go into a settings menu and choose that stuff. Another setting I would like is to turn off drivers retiring. Not in races, but in their career. It kind of makes me a little angry that Kimi Raikkonen (or Rakerice) retires after the first season.

Tough! Targets seem to be too optimistic, leading to failed target and coin deduction. Please reduce the punishment - not progressing/winning is enough.

Not enjoyable I've spent several hours/Days playing, tested top teams, bottom teams....99% of time you can't hit race target positions.....waste of time.
