Me personally, I haven't had any issues when using the app. I'm very pleased with the Flag stop App. The Flag stop location in the Zion Crossroads area is AMAZING. The car wash does a great job as well, the under carriage could use a little more water pressure. The employees are friendly and very helpful when answering any questions that I might have. The bottles of cleaning products that's on the carts in the vacuum areas are always full and available. 😁 VERY CONVENIENT

Flagstaff in Farmville, Va. is doing a good job. Car always comes out clean and shiny. I'm very pleased with being able to use it with a membership. I can use it as many times as I want per month. It would be nice if they could have people to wipe down what the dryer misses. Also, if you have rain caps, they get soap under them, and you have to wipe it from under it and the window. That's the only thing I have noticed. As long as the price doesn't increase, I will use it ! Great for Farmville area

Visited the West Broad St location today for an unexpected free wash! Shannon was great, super friendly! Love having a clean car, this place and really ALL flag stop locations are awesome.

Its aight. Does an ok job for the most part. The water smells AWFUL, and it never even touches the back of my truck. Some days im in a hurry and on my way to work or something and don't have time to get out and manually wash the back of my vehicle so I ride around clean and shiny except the back. I don't like that at all, as I take pride in my vehicle. So I doubt ill renew. Ill probably go somewhere else. oh and they never have air freshners. Nine Mile and Laburnum location

Powhatan's location sucks they have so many people working but none of them will spray the mud off so now the whole wash is covered in mud for all the other cars and still on mine I hope you all fix this and operate like the old car wash

I received a text and an email stating that today and tomorrow if I buy one wash I get a second wash free to use by April 8. Also supposed to get 50x wash points. I bought a wash, and I did NOT. Get a free wash, and I got NO wash points, not even the normal amount. I see no way to get my free wash or to get the wash points I was supposed to receive. Very disappointed!!
