My sorority switched over to this app in April, the android version was absolutely terrible. The app would crash my phone every time I opened it. Also, the format of the app was completely different from everyone with an Apple device who was using the app so no one was able to help me attempt to navigate it. There was an update recently that completely changed the app for Android users. Now the app is so much easier to use, doesn't crash my phone, and is extremely similar to the apple version.

Downloaded because my fraternity switched over. As an Android user, the app sucks. Buggy, constantly needing to restart the app because it freezes, doesn't load messages, etc. Profile picture and background photo don't appear in chats. Layout is drastically different compared to IPhone. IPhone users have features that Android users don't. Definitely not compatible with one another. I need to continue using this app, please fix and make compatible. It has potential.

The absolute worst app for group messaging when it comes to Android. Flare is highly optimized for Apple iOS devices. App crashes, late notifications, I can't even try to send an extended message without the app shutting down. Also, no access to comments or links with other members posts; seems like devs only care about Apple product users. I would give 0 star if I could.
