Received automated message to review my tickets in the app, but I never set up an account. Now I can't set up an account because my email is already associated with one, nor can I reset password to access my account. Submitted request to support that included my name and received multiple automated emails addressed to Flash (Not my name. One of the automated emails has a link to complete a support form, which I already filled out that triggered the email. Initial experience has been awful.

Terrible app with no customer service. Have had an issue with a fraudulent ticket purchase for weeks now and nobody's responding to messages. If you can possibly avoid using this app please do it

Imagine trying to sell tickets, convincing someone to download an app, create an account while standing outside a venue after all day drinking, doesn't work. That's flash seats, cost me 400$
