FleetCheck turns the daily vehicle walk-around into a two-minute job on a phone.

Drivers work through a guided checklist, mark each item pass, fail or not applicable, sign on the screen, and submit. Every failed item becomes a tracked defect the moment the inspection is signed off, so the workshop sees the problem without anyone re-typing it.

A GUIDED INSPECTION, NOT A FORM
Five clear steps, one screen at a time:
1. Confirm the vehicle — registration, fleet number, VIN and last odometer
2. Capture the odometer, with an immediate warning if the reading looks wrong
3. Work through the checklist section by section
4. Review what failed before committing to it
5. Sign with a finger and submit

The checklist covers exterior and lights, tyres, engine bay, cab and interior, and safety equipment. Any item can be marked pass, fail or not applicable, and a failed item takes a severity — safe, attention or critical — plus a short description of what is wrong.

DEFECTS THAT ACTUALLY GET TRACKED
Failing an item raises a defect automatically. Defects carry a category, severity, the vehicle, the driver who reported it and a status that moves from reported through acknowledged, in progress, awaiting parts, fixed and verified. Critical defects are surfaced on the home screen so they are not missed.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE YARD
• Drivers see their assigned vehicle, whether an inspection is due today, and their recent submissions
• Fleet managers see fleet availability, inspection compliance, vehicles needing attention, and every open defect

KNOW EACH VEHICLE
Every vehicle has a detail view with its status, odometer, assigned driver, full maintenance history, upcoming services, and document expiry dates for the licence disc, insurance certificate and roadworthy certificate — with expired documents flagged.
