The app is a lot better than filling in defect cards! Improvements would be 1) needs a daily milage entry for better accountability 2) need to be able to recall faults entered, to show a VOSA inspector if stopped on road in transit; proof of filling in defect card is often asked for 3) each day, a yes/no dialogue box with faults previously entered, asking "is this fault now fixed ?" If no, the dialogue should be repeated every day until yes. If yes, remove fault from list of registered faults. Thanks!

Works well and the customization of questions seems good - what would be REALLY useful is a flag to show a vehicle has or has not been checked on a given day e.g. if I load it up now, how do I know if someone has done a vehicle check this morning or not?

App doesn't send my notifications once I've done my Vehicle check, For some reason the app doesn't allow me to change notifications in the settings, I've tried deleting and reinstalling

As soon as its downloaded it asks for your email and an activation code that you can't obtain... Completely useless poor design if you can't get on to it. AVOID
