Horrible Tracking. Salesman will lie and say you have 24/7 recording uploaded to the cloud. This is a lie. You only have little clips when one of Fleet sharps premade notifications go off There is no mobile live view of your GPS/ dash cam on the mobile app. And the live view of the desktop only offers one-minute clips. Pathetic Customer service does not answer phone calls or emails after weeks and months. Do not get any of their services. Horrible app and horrible service. 0 / 5

When I made an inquiry about what was involved in discontinuing service, they didn't respond with actual words; they immediately cut off our service. When I contacted them and communicated the problem, they agreed to reactivate it.........for a charge. Left with no choice, I agreed as I needed access to data. The service was supposed to run throughout January; we could no longer access it on 1/31. It was worth it going back to them for anything. Just avoid this company, please.

The app is not functional. How can I message my guys when it won't run. I can't even send a message from the app. App needs to be overhauled
