Honestly this was way easier than I thought it would be. The millage thing is high but if you add up trips on uber and lyft it's the exact same amount and more. If you're afraid to pay for millage just go to work and home. You pay uber and lyft by the millage which is 36 for 17 to 22 miles. I have no issue so far my car was clean the lot of attendees had the keys and made sure everything was okay 👌. So I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. Although there should be lowed rates for member

I have been using flex for a month or two now and the membership is nice but incentives for customers that have been usual should be a huge milestone thing. I spend alot, and I want yo be appreciated as well. An ownership milestone should be a thing as well if they consistently pay they should have the option of owning once they have been in a car so long.

I just picked up a 2026 Mazda3 a few days ago from Flex Car in Richmond, CA and their service was superb. Selecting a car was a no-brainer and Checkout was online in their app so the process only took about 5 minutes. JC assisted me at the Pick-Up location. And I was driving in 10 minutes. I plan to continue using Flex Car services for the coming years. One price covers the vehicle, the insurance, the maintenance (tires, brakes and oil changes) and their policies are exceptional.

CAUTION Flex Car is only good if you're in a pinch or jammed up. Like maybe, you don't have the best credit, can't get an auto loan, or don't have enough for a down payment with a better leasing company. They just instituted a fine of $50 a month for a "low driving score." They use a system that not only unfairly scores you, but inaccurately as well. And once scored in the "Risk Zone," it is exceedingly difficult to get out of it. Meanwhile, their customer service could not give less of a fudge

Told me I was approved and I can get a discount then when I got the money to order the car they said I wasn't approved told me too contact support then would tell me how they would contact me back az in phone email texted
