App worked great for me. I use lexical mostly for moving big stuff that won't fit in my car. Heaps faster pick up and drop off than normal car rental. The app map search / filter works great to find a car near you, and you can extend your booking in the app if there isn't a booking straight after you. I recommend.

I was having a ton of issues with the new app initially, such as the trip did not end properly, car was showing "booked", yet it was unavailable! However, with the latest update, I was finally able to rent a car "Hassle-free" and did not face any issues, could end the trip properly and was invoiced immediately after the trip ended. The latest update did fix the issues of the app, and I am happy that I can use the app and the new fleet of good Mazda SUV/cars on offer!

On my phone (Samsung S21 FE 5G) this app is borderline unusable. The 'pre-check' process requires seven photos of the vehicle, with a seeming 90% chance the app will restart after any given photo - I have only gotten through the process once. I also previously had issues with ending bookings, where it says I ended bookings, but it did not work. I was charged nearly $4000 in penalties after not using the app for a fortnight (which to their credit Lexical refunded).

They released this new application which is supposed to be better but is actually much worse than the previous one. Not sure what they were thinking launching this app live. It clearly says that Lexical does not care about their customer's convenience and time. There are so many times when the app crashed or did overlap bookings, the car did not open through the app. These are just a few bugs. There are many more. I think one star is also very high for this app.
