Found this service from my Credit Card company. Installed it on my Samsung S21 FE phone. Then easily connected Jess for help on the set-up. Initially advised to do the eSIM setup but finally found my phone does not support eSIM. Jess immediately told me I could get a SIM card instead. Found it was a very good experience to deal with Jess from the Support team. Found the price for North America 1 GB 7 Days is only USD14. Hope to have a good trip with it in Mexico in June. The app is a bit awkward when redeeming the MasterCard World promo: you have to enter your credit card details twice. I was also had difficulty finding my esim to activate it. Gig sky was easier to use than Flexion. Regardless, it was awesome to get a free esim with my MasterCard World, though 5 days is short. These esims require turning on roaming -- even though Android has that as a different setting per sim, it always feels a bit scary.

Catastrophic, Flexion lists many countries. Qatar, etc... many countries that I actually visited. Unfortunately, the sim card did not work in any of the countries even though they were listed. Ah yes, I could make it work in Qatar after 2 hours being in contact with their customer service. They kept saying "need to wait, the time it starts" And to reach their customer service, you need.... internet, which the sim card was supposed to deliver. Pass your way, much better & cheaper on market

Very bad esim they false advertisement, don't buy it you will lose your money, and you will not get any useful support from customer service. Neither they fix the problem nor they return the money. They only tell you to restart your I can blindly do that, but they won't make change. I bought it 36 GB global data by 70% discount on november 11 but still I can't use a single bite. DON'T BUY IT DoesN'T FALL FOR THEIR FAKE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Poor service - I bought a global plan from them that included a certain country. While on my trip they revised the list of countries on the plan and left me stuck without data. I complained, and they offered only a partial refund of the plan as I had started to use it already. Would not use them if they can simply revise and remove their service without consent of the customer.
