Found this service from my Credit Card company. Installed it on my Samsung S21 FE phone. Then easily connected Jess for help on the set-up. Initially advised to do the eSIM setup but finally found my phone does not support eSIM. Jess immediately told me I could get a SIM card instead. Found it was a very good experience to deal with Jess from the Support team. Found the price for North America 1 GB 7 Days is only USD14. Hope to have a good trip with it in Mexico in June. Thanks again to Jess

Works perfectly in all the countries mentioned. Expanding a lot in the last years. I've used it in around 40 countries already. The app is well maintained and always working and the 24/7 support on WhatsApp is incredibly fast in finding the correct solutions. Very pleasant customer service. Would 100% recommend to all the travelers. Do not try to save too much money on eSIM as the cheaper ones always have fewer operators and have poor coverage.

The setup was fairly straightforward, and they had a responsive help support chat feature. Not sure on the quality of the data roaming yet, as it will be another month before I get to try it out.

The WhatsApp service customer support staff was very knowledgeable and provided me efficient service to troubleshoot my connectivity. Many thanks for the fantastic support provided!

Customer service is really bad, Flexion will suspend your MasterCard free account without any email notice

Catastrophic, Flexion lists many countries. Qatar, etc... many countries that I actually visited. Unfortunately, the sim card did not work in any of the countries even though they were listed. Ah yes, I could make it work in Qatar after 2 hours being in contact with their customer service. They kept saying "need to wait, the time it starts" And to reach their customer service, you need.... internet, which the sim card was supposed to deliver. Pass your way, much better & cheaper on market

Poor service - I bought a global plan from them that included a certain country. While on my trip they revised the list of countries on the plan and left me stuck without data. I complained, and they offered only a partial refund of the plan as I had started to use it already. Would not use them if they can simply revise and remove their service without consent of the customer.

I used a bunch of eSIM roaming services before and never had any problems. I got to try Flexion as a complementary service offered by my credit card. Unfortunately, and annoyingly, it never worked. Not even for a split second. The customer assistance is quick to reply, but also failed to deliver any kind of solution. This is still not working. I'm going back to Airalo
