People seem to give this app bad reviews because they don't understand that this isn't an app for the customer, this is the RETAILER app. We use this app at work for customer purchases and it is excellent. Not sure where to find the actual customer app though, or if there even is one. I think customers have to use the website.

App doesn't work I tried a tired to log in gave me a phone number to call... You have to log in with username a password or the website then it works... This app needs fixing

This is so rubbish app. You will never be able to log in on this app. Facing issue from long time and developers of this app might be lazy or Flexiti does not care about the customers. If somebody ask me about Flexiti I am going to say NO TO FLEXITI. After my installment finished I will close my account. So weird developers.

It just doesn't work It's a useless app. You can log in on the website, but you can't on the app with the same password.
