Flexo Burst Timer

Transform your HIIT workouts with Flexo Burst Timer, the ultimate interval training companion. Create custom workout routines with adjustable work and rest periods, from quick 30-second bursts to extended 5-minute intervals.

Features include precision timing controls, visual progress indicators, and vibration alerts to keep you focused during intense sessions. The clean interface displays large, easy-to-read timers with color-coded phases so you always know whether to push hard or recover.

Built for serious fitness enthusiasts who demand reliability and simplicity. No distractions, no complications - just pure interval timing functionality. The app works completely offline and stores your custom routines locally on your device.

Hit start and let the timer guide your training session. Visual cues and haptic feedback ensure you never miss a phase transition, even during the most demanding workouts.

Perfect for circuit training, Tabata protocols, boxing rounds, sprint intervals, or any fitness routine requiring precise timing. Create multiple workout profiles for different training styles and switch between them instantly.

The minimalist design keeps your focus on the workout, not the interface. Large buttons and clear visual feedback make operation effortless, even when your hands are sweaty or shaking from intense exercise.
