Bad experience. Was saving up for an item which was apparently out of stock. The vendor was forcing me to pick a more pricy product instead, but I refused and opted to take a completely different product from another vendor. The product I had settled on was however 1k cheaper. Indeed, it was delivered, but flex pay refused to refund me the 1k despite promising to credit it to my wallet. I followed up until their customer service agents started being rude. They stopped responding to my WhatsApp chat

At the point of check out, the amount for the item was at a higher price that I had to top up. I thought the essence of booking an item is to hold it at the offer price... I would expect then in the App when the price changes, it is updated to the new price
