Used the paid app once now I'm in captcha jail and can't get a block to save my life. WOW it didn't even get me a block thanks for nothing.... I'm not trying to bash the app, but I've never had to solve a captcha to get a block. Now by the time I solve it the block I was trying to reserve is now gone. What's the refund policy

This app was good to start with but has then been missing blocks a lot. I received the email to say it's been updated and to reconnect your flex account, but it won't let me. All I get is a loading circle constantly
