This app seems to be one of few that actually scrapes ebay in a timely manner. I have had good luck getting notified on new search results. My only quibble is that setting up a search took multiple attempts. Also, the email verification step did not seem to work for me, but I'm still getting notifications. Cheers!

Doesn't have proper play store integration, so I can't automatically sign into Google like I can on most apps. I don't feel comfortable entering my login information into this app when it should be able to pull the authentication from my phone. In my experience the only apps that do this are data farming apps that try stealing information.
